Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be
available on select orders or above certain order values.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is shipped.
Delivery Note
Delays may occur during peak periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed.
ORDER AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability.
In rare cases, an order may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability. In such
situations, our team will contact you via WhatsApp.
You may choose one of the following options:
- Select an alternate product of the same value
- Opt for store credit
- Request a refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.

All resolutions are subject to verification and will be provided at the discretion of AVSH.
FABRIC CARE & NOTES
Wash Care
- Gentle hand wash recommended
- Wash separately in cold water
- Do not soak for long durations
- Use mild detergent only
- Dry in shade, inside out
Ironing Care
- Use medium heat (cotton setting)
- Iron inside out
- Slightly damp fabric gives best results
- Avoid direct high heat on printed areas
- Steam ironing can be used

- Natural dyed fabrics may show mild color bleeding during initial washes
- Digital printed cotton fabrics may have minor color and print variations
